Nursery/Early Years (EYFS) Teacher

Bedfordshire - September 2024 - Part-time

Our client school based in the vibrant town of Leighton Buzzard, are seeking to employ an Early Years Teacher to work with them on a part-time basis, one day per week. The selected candidate will be providing relief in the schools two Nursery classes, alternating each week. The school feel that this position would suit a more experienced teacher, perhaps looking to scale back their responsibility, but still continue to follow their passion.

Despite only being with the school one day a week, they are keen to employ somebody who will be an integral part of the staff team, undertaking the responsibility of an after school club after each day worked. Currently, this day is set to be a Monday and there is no leeway in this.

The school has a diverse range of pupils and therefore reflect this in the planning of lessons and the structure of the school day. The school would ask that anybody looking to apply for this role, is aware that they will be expected to plan accordingly and attend a weekly staff meeting.

If you feel this role has the right balance for you, then please do apply as the school are hoping to hold interviews very soon. Please email your CV and a covering letter to contactus@county-teachers.co.uk or call 01438 878777.
