Keystage 2 (KS2) Teacher

County Teachers are seeking a Key Stage 2 Practitioner on a full-time basis from September 2024. This would be to work with numerous KS2 classes across the school, based in Watford, on a PPA cover basis. The selected candidate would need to possess the following, essential qualities:

• The ability to be flexible and work with a timetable that can change at the last minute.
• A very resilient nature
• Hard working and being able to think on your feet
• Willing and drive

Although this is a PPA cover position, the school may expect the successful candidate to undertake planning for some of the days, so there is a level of responsibility that is expected, and should be maintained. The school are able to offer a welcoming environment, a supportive network of staff and pupils who are eager to learn.

The school are seeking somebody experienced as currently, they do not have the capacity to take on an NQT. They are looking for somebody on the Main Pay Scale.
