I have worked with County Teachers for three years. In that time I have had the opportunity to experience different environments and I would definitely say that has made me more informed in the teaching profession. The team are friendly, efficient and work hard to find posts that are suitable to my requirements. The flexibility has allowed me to make decisions that would otherwise have not been made which has made a huge difference to me personally.
