Keystage 2 (KS2) Teacher

County Teachers have a client school based in a village on the outskirts of Bedford, who are looking for a KS2 teacher to join their team on a permanent basis, from January 2020. The school are in need of a new Year 3 Teacher as their current teacher, is in the process of beginning a career abroad.
The class are fairly small, with only 22 pupils, but there are some complex needs that some of the pupils have. Of course, the class are able to provide a teaching assistant with an abundance of experience and there is the addition of one-to-one support, for two hours a day with a select pupil.
The school are seeking somebody who can be mindful of a classes additional needs, as well as successfully managing a harmonious classroom. Teachers are allotted half a day’s PPA each week and weekly meetings with the Key Stage. Due to the fact the school is one-form entry, there is not the ability for team planning to take place. However, the school are extremely supportive and are actually able to take applications from Newly Qualified Teachers and experienced teachers.
