We are in need of an outstanding KS1 Teacher to begin work from April 2025 in a delightful 1-form entry primary school on the outskirts of Hitchin. The school boasts wonderful outdoor facilities, including a large pond, which enables the children to learn first hand about the outdoors, as well as a brand new, state of the art ICT suite with 30 computers and 5 ipads. Each class is fully equipped with laptops for the children to use, as well as new interactive whiteboards.
They are looking for a teacher who displays the following qualities:
- Ambitious and creative in their teaching practice
- The ability to think on their feet
- Excellent interaction schools
- A supportive and caring nature
The position is actually a temporary contract with one term and this does have the potential to be reviewed and extended after this.
